4 miles at HM pace. Kept the pace consistent (8:37,8:37,8:34,8:32). Focused on staying relaxed. I often tense up my shoulders when running workouts. I made sure to stay relaxed and just flowed with it. This felt like true HM type effort, not too hard, not too easy.
