4 x 1 mile repeats on the mall. 7:08, 7:11, 7:20, 7:20 The first one actually didn't feel like I was pushing so I thought I would have negative splits on these but the opposite happened. Felt ok but legs got a little flat at the end and I didn't push it too hard.
