Kind of went off the script here. I finished 20 and felt very good. I thought it might be safe to do more since I recovered pretty fast from last weekend. I did another 10 and decided to do 10 more just to see what it felt like to go 40. Pace dropped, I ran out of gels and improvised on calories using some old bananas I had in my car. This was probably less than half the calories I was taking during first 30 miles. Legs felt fine but very sleepy towards end. Sorry for so off the plan. Probably because of insecurity for 100 miles. I won't do this again before race.
