Notes
These long runs are getting easier. Pace was slower, but mostly because I did this after dark and ran around town on a lot of sidewalks and through intersections and such. Ultra paced this one just like last week, walked the hills.
Ate a complete cookie at 7-eleven and I don't think that was a good selection. Also the beet chips were not good in the stomach, not a good choice of prerun snacks. So dietary wise I have figured out a few things that don't work. Bananas and that Rx bar last week worked a LOT better.
