Nice little recovery run on the TM. I was relieved that the legs felt fine after yesterdays longer faster effort. The heat is always the toughest thing on these TM runs and eventhough my legs felt fine it was a struggle. I was soaked by the time this was over.

This got me thinking that maybe it's not a bad idea to do a few of these a week because I always struggle as the weather gets warmer. Maybe this will help me better aclimate and since the Shamrock Marathon has a later start time this could help me better prepared in the event the temps are warm at the end of the race.
