Keys Gap

When I woke up this morning I was going to take the day off. Then I snapped out of it and said ok I'll get my miles and keep the challenge alive but I'll give myself a break from the roller coaster and do Keys Gap instead. This was good. I got a good idea of hopefully what I can do at Capacon. My A goal was 18 min mile with a B goal of 20 min mile. When I started up from the bottom of Loudoun Heights I was at 17:31, I didn't think I had enough banked. When I got to the top a mile later I was happy to see I was still only up to 18:30, I could still do it. I ran when I could and easily got it. Ended up pretty close to even first half and back half which is good with the climb up Loudoun heights at the turn around. I started off easy too. Very happy with this one.
