Notes
First run for the dog since last Thursday and he had really fresh legs. Faster than I would have run but he had such a nice stride going I didn't want to hold him back too much. New pair of shoes made my feet feel very nice too.
I did take the short number though. I felt a little bonky. Kid issues after work and just a salad for dinner. Under fueled.
