Notes
This was a great run. First off it was crisp and dry weather. After warming up my HR was low and I kept the pace easy. So surprised with how low I was able to keep my HR even on Old Waterford. Legs felt great, especially considering the miles I've had this week. It feels easy.
I brought water and gels this time, which kept things easier than when I forgot last longish run. Gel every 45 min. 3 total and one at end.
