Very happy with how fresh I feel. On the strides (4x15) the turnover was quick and easy. Everything just felt smooth. I've been running almost entirely on the well groomed dirt/crushed gravel bridle path by my house during the weekday runs. I'm getting less than a mile per run on pavement and I'm noticing the difference. I'm not sore in the morning. I don't feel beat up. When I was doing those hill repeats on the side walk last summer/fall, while I think I did build some strength, they really beat me up. That might have contributed a little to my burnout.
