Notes
This was a very enjoyable run. I headed west on the W&OD. Very scenic this time of year and I really like the little rolling hills on the bridle path. Nothing too challenging but enough to give the legs a little workout.
Although I didn't feel like I needed to eat, I tried one of the little almond butter packs to make sure it wouldn't mess up my stomach before using them at masochist. No problems.
