Notes
I always struggle with humidity and it was literally 100% relative humidity for the whole thing. I was happy that I was able to keep the pace around 8:15 through the first 11.5 miles. At that point is where I made the climb back up the hill in Ashburn and I never really recovered. The five mile to go was right at the end of the hill and I tried to pick it up to marathon effort and winded myself. After a few miles of fighting I just decided to roll it back in. My legs feel like we didn't even do a long run. It was 100% lungs.
