First speed workout on the hill loop. 4 x 1 mile with 1 min rest. Took the dog with me and he did it. Amazing stuff. The first mile was a 7:08. The hill made getting a feel for the effort interesting. My 10K pace is like a lactate threshold run. I know what that feels like but on the climb it felt more like a VO2 max session. I actually really liked it. By the last one I was pretty spent, but I think the dog more so.
Overall shows slower than Tuesday's run but every mile split on the repeats was faster than my fastest split from Tuesday. The rest between was a VERY slow jog, same with last quarter mile after the workout.

1 - 7:08
2 - 7:16
3 - 7:18
4 - 7:25
Not the direction on the pace that I was looking for, but happy with the effort. Regardless way better than last week.
