My left ankle has been sore for a few weeks. I think I turned it at Stone Mill and it has been stiffing up. The more time off I take, the stiffer it feels. I started this run out very slow and stopped after about a quarter mile. It just felt too tight. I walked another half mile and it started loosening up. Then I decided to "flip the script" and run with proper form and with some intensity to test it out. The harder I ran the better it felt. On my toes felt good. Ended up running this fairly quick. Logging as a tempo session.
