Notes
I was feeling a bit eager to put in a solid effort on this one. Although I probably should have focused on recovery and I realized this once I hit the Morven Park area where I did a lot of my back-to-back run last weekend. It reminded me what the focus is right now. I backed off and walked steep hills. The bike path going home is all down hill so although the splits were kind of quick effort was relaxed. Also I noticed my back was sore at the end and I think this is from pushing early and being a little tense up top. I never had soreness on the back-to-back last weekend when I kept it super relaxed.
