This was run at what I consider an ultra pace, I walked all the uphills. I felt very hungry and low energy about 10 miles in so I ran to a 7 Eleven and ate 2 bananas, 2 RX bars, and a Cold Brew coffee. About 700-800 calories. Felt a lot better after this. Still kept pace relaxed but finished strong for relaxed pace.
