This was a tough run. It was really hot and we hit the hills good. Had another really good fall when my foot slipped on a tree. Hit in a good spot and didn't hurt anything.

Lessons:

1. Quick turnover helped a lot on rocks and going downhill.

2. Really don't like Lone Peaks. Sore spot on outside of big left tow and not good traction even with perfectly dry conditions. Time to try something else.

3. Started slow and I think that was good. Still struggled but I think it would have been a lot worse. Need to improve on downhill technical, degrades with time on feet, but as with lesson #1 I know what I need to do. Just need practice.

4. Get stronger. I want to use Randy's schedule for leg strength training which will work well with my current schedule.
