Beautiful day outside and since I missed my run yesterday I decided to make up the miles. The pace came really easy at the beginning and when I turned around I realized there was a nice tail wind, but I was happy that I was able to still run a negative split second half but it did take more effort than I should have used on a step back week. Couldn't help myself. I'll probably pay the price tomorrow.

Did the strides but also tried to maintain a strong tempo on this one. Marking it as a speed workout.
