2.5 mile warm-up, 5 mile tempo, 2.5 mile cool-down. Legs fresh. Knees hurt on first half of tempo, thought it might be my old shoes but then I realized I was probably overstriding a bit to make pace and my posture was awful. Focused on upright with feet under me and knee pain went away... go figure.

Pace dropped more than I would have liked at the end. I blame the heat and carrying my 10 pound soaking wet shirt! Seriously I need to focus on the finishes.
