Ran this one without the dog. I felt bad but I really needed some solo miles. I was happy that my pace was about the same as when he's pulling me along. Also, the family was out doing stuff so I had a nice opportunity to get in a longer run so I did the optional 6 miler. Felt really nice to go a little longer. Mentally I'm in a good place to ramp back up.
