Incredible run. This was a good pace for the hill loop. Garmin shows 727 ft over 6 miles. Amazing what a difference cool weather can make. The dog was on fire tonight. During the summer he was having a hard time doing just a few miles. Tonight he pulled me up the hill all seven times.
*pushed the week back a day to incorporate rest day on Monday. Planning the long run for next Sunday.
