Notes
I got back to my car for my mid-run aid station simulation. Ate 3 bananas, was ready to head back out and just decided to call it a day. I could have gutted through this and gotten 18-20 miles. It wouldn't have even been that difficult relative to what I have done in training so far. I thought back to the signs my body has been telling me all week and made a conscience choice to stop. It is so hard to tell when to push through and not, but for this run I felt it was smarter to stop based on what is coming up. Next weekend is key and I will push through no matter what.
