Notes
First snow run of the year. I really had to dig pretty deep to get this one in. Trail wasn't all that bad just enough to work the legs a little more than I have been accustomed to lately. I feel pretty good now that I have recovered for a few hours. It could just have been mental.
Also on nutrition, I have been doing these long runs on just water but on this one I worked in some calories. I had a honey stinger waffle at mile 6, 11 and 15. No issues there, seemed to work ok. Main goal here was just to get back in the routine of taking calories in on the go.
