Really peaceful hike with a couple little spurts of downhill running when gravity was too much to resist. I love these shoes AND these trails. The shoes gave me excellent traction and these trails are really hard not to love. Lots of switchbacks but it is like a roller coaster. Mountain bikers seem to know how to make exciting trails. I would love to do the Mohican 100 if I could get the logistics worked out. One day.
