Calfs have been tight so I was unsure about doing this workout until I came to the conclusion what the hell I need to push back against these bodily limits a little to get better. So I did it! Happy I did, moved up to 50 minutes. Didn't really push pace too much. First 5 min of run was at 5.5, then 5.7 for most of the others. Did do 5.9 for the last few minutes of the last 5 min.
