I went over the planned distance a little bit. I find that after 3-4 miles I am getting warmed up and feel really good. So today I kept going just a little bit further. It also seems like 5 miles is the minimum effective dose for my mental health. I have been finding myself a little edgy later in the day with the shorter runs.
