I've been really tired after a few weeks of doing my runs at night and getting to bed late, so I decided to skip last night's run and move on with the schedule. I would have just done yesterday's at lunch but I didn't come to this conclusion until yesterday afternoon when I was literally struggling to be coherent at work. So I think the plan is just to make up the run on Sunday and just keep the long run on Saturday.
So this was 7 miles with 4 x 15 strides. The treadmill was a nice break too from beating up my legs on the hill loop and pavement so much lately.
