I have a confession, I planned to do half marathon pace, I reminded myself just before starting. I used the mantra from your last email, getting it done is most important. I felt strong, ran too hard and my hamstring cramped up again. Walked it back when running adjustments failed to work. It hurt pretty bad, I even cursed out loud when it locked up. Got home and iced it very good with a bag of ice I just happened to have in freezer. After ice took warm Epson salt soak and laid down with it elevated. About 4 hours later now and feels better.
