2.5x (4x600) @ 10k with 45 sec rest/3 min set rest. Felt pretty good, set to run 2:32 but that was too slow. I dipped into the well a little bit more than I should have but Monday's workout was easy so it's fine. Went under pace basically the entire time, so that's good. Started off with Pat but Ig he wanted to go slower so idk.
