I'm switching up the mileage distribution starting this week, so it'll be like 6/4/6/4/4/6 as Coach set in the guidelines. Even though I took an extra day off last week I felt godawful today. My calves clamped up like they used to for a couple miles and I had to stop to stretch a few times. It subsided afterwards, but I still felt incredibly bad. I got blood drawn for the antibody test today, so hopefully that will yield some results, although I doubt it.
