Normal run. I went out and it was a typical Tuesday run. I didn't feel amazing but it got better as the run went on, in a way. Toward the end I decided to just full send it and see what would happen, and I was able to dip below 6 min pace for a bit, albeit on a slight downhill. Also, I went to the doctor today and got some good news for a change. Basically, my earlier hypothesis about the viral infection was right, minus the covid part as it was most likely just a normal viral infection. The path ahead is just to retrain and work back into it. It'll be a long slog, but I can handle that because I know there is an end to it. I will try and do workouts now and generally increase mileage over time. Time to get my grind on.
