Not exactly a workout but sort of one. Basically just a minute up tempo every mile, which I did at .75 roughly. I felt pretty tired and gassed, and my chest was hurting on the up tempo parts a bit. I think I am just a bit worn out from upping my mileage a bit this week and still not sleeping great. But today I have a gap in between when I need to start grinding next so I am taking it easy and relaxing. The last mile looks fast but I was carried by the downhill and the flat parts. It was a tough as hell though, kind of crazy to think I did a whole race faster than that around this time last year. Also I did 4x100ish strides at the end,
