Thanksgiving workout. 1 mile at tempo pace, although I went a little fast, and then 8x400 at 5k pace, although I did that fast too. The last one I did a full rest, which was technically up to 75 seconds, and went like 85%-90% effort. I think I am satisfied with this workout. I felt pretty decent and I focused on my breathing on the rests to try and keep my heart rate down. It was a nice day, although I woke up really late (11am) and so when I started running I had that brain fog which made me worried I wasn't going to be able to run well. It's like you're awake but your head is not screwed on all the way so everything is all laggy and not right.
