Notes
I think this was a decent race. One thing that was noticeable was that the first mile felt really good, which is normally not how it feels. I died a little bit, but for the most part kept things together. It was slow for everyone, and I am not too happy with my time, but I feel confident because of how my body felt during the race. I think that some good training will help me do my best. I think I can finally get over my nerves with the breathing trick. It is funny how it is inspired by a show I watched.
