Notes

Mile race. Going into it I didn't think I would do that great, because I was on only like 4 hours of sleep, and I ate a lot of crap at lunch. I felt ok on the warm-up, too. When the race started I felt good, and it was only like 6 laps in when my legs really started to hurt. I still am somewhat satisfied with my race though, considering the circumstances. I would like to run the mile again, it is fun.
