5k on the track. I felt ok going out but quickly started to get into a bit of a rut. I didn't have anyone to run with, so that was a bit of a negative as well. I got lapped like 3 times by most of the other people in the race, which was like 5 other people. I just felt like I was spinning my wheels and even when I tried to hold my pace I was just slowing down. My calves were also tight during the race, but not horribly so. Basically, I am disappointed in how I ran, but I will keep trying. I think doing the mile or something would be a good change.
