15 min tempo tried to hold it around 6:15-6:25 range. I felt decent but definitely was getting worn down at the end, although not as bad as that three by mile workout I did. I am somewhat satisfied with it, but not totally. I kind of wished I had pushed it too twenty but I didn't really have the motivation to. Otherwise not a bad workout. Legs felt decent, breathing ok, weather nice. I'm still bad at pacing though.
