5k race. I felt pretty good the first mile, but went out too hard, in like a 5:30. Then I fell back, even though I tried to stay with another guy and ran like a 5:50 I think. I managed to hold on a little bit for the last mile and I think I ran around a 5:50 to 6:00. I felt better than the last race, and I think if I am a little bit better rested, and if I pace myself, then I can do better. Overall, I am still bummed with my race but am still positive.
