Hadn't run a step since December 19, 2015. Just tried to run and walk until I got it over with. Nice day, mostly. Got a little warm. They closed the beer garden before I finished, which is a big disappointment, but motivation to finish faster. Had to park 1.6 miles from start and finish, which essentially adds 3.2 miles to the 26.2 of the race. Got the ridiculous bling again, marathon medal, Beach Cities medal for OC, Long Beach, and Surf City, and the Double Dog Dare, for OC and Surf City.
