temps in the 90s w hi humidity. this is a little short to call it a long run, but following the ten mile hilly run yesterday, and with the heat today, it was that hard. spent lots of time stopped in the shade cooling off, and testing bg because I was not wearing cgm. feeling pretty roasted.
