What a difference cooler temps can make. My best run yet for HR control. 97% under my 70% target, despite increasingly faster mile times throughout (last mile at 8:47 pace).

Finally starting to show progress on pace at lower heart rates. Not sure whether this is weather related but its coming off a fairly hard day yesterday.
