Decided to run despite soreness in right hip. No pain in hip during the run. Tried new route. Lots of hills. High humidity and didn't bring water.
Had to walk to keep below 80% MHR. Splits 9:07 (148bpm), 9:05 (146bpm), 9:18 (149bpm), 10:56 (155bpm), 9:50 (153bpm), 9:43 (145bpm), 10:12 (147bpm), 9:41 pace (152bpm).
