Another nice morning. This was my one and only "hard" day this week.

Ran 2 major intervals up hill. Hit a new measured actual high heart rate on the second one of 180. Still think my max is a few beats higher though.

Best 1/4 mile split during the intervals was just over 7 minutes.

10 minutes total over 85% HR.

17 minutes under 70% HR.
