Much more challenging run than the average indicates. Lightly rolling hills along the Mt. Vernon trail with my 8 year old daughter on her bike. Good bit of fast running mixed in with some walking and slow breaks (including where I pushed her up some hills). My heart monitor was not getting a signal during the first mile so I'm not going to even count the high value that it was reading.

9:38, 139 bpm (stopped the clock for the first water break)
8:46, 147 bpm

8:05, 157 bpm (really pushing hard coming in)
9:03, 151 bpm (break without stopping the clock)
8:22, 159 bpm
9:28, 157 bpm (mostly uphill including some pushing/walking)
I'm unbelievably proud of my daughter for completing this one. Great way to start the week.
