Consistent long run. Felt pretty strong throughout. Great way to start another (hopefully) 20+ mile week.
Didn't try to stay under a particular heartrate (normally I use 145, MAF + 5) but I ran consistent in the 9:30-10 minute range throughout. I stopped about 4 miles in and bought some gatorade that I sipped till about mile 8. I was pleasantly surprised that my heartrate didn't creep up much.
