Snuck in one last run in shorts and t-shirt before the colder weather hits this weekend. Doubled back at the 3 mile mark for a fairly easy paced training run. Still trying to shake soreness in my right achilles after Tuesday's speedwork. Ran easy but didn't stay under my target on the hills (up or down it seems).
