Not great HR control on this long run. Only 43% of this run was under 75% HRM. Last 3 miles averaged 159, 158, and 162 HR (although I was picking up the pace to just over 9 minute pace).
50% of the run was between 75% and 85% heart rate zones. Might call these junk miles but I'm glad to have a long run under my belt this week.
