Started out on an easy run and got carried away. Turned it into a fartlek. Lots of variation in miles 2-4 and pushing hard up hills. Mile 4 was mostly downhill and at pretty much full pace the whole way. Splits:

8:10, 161bpm
7:44, 164bpm
6:58, 168bpm
9:39, 153bpm (cooldown pace for the last half mile)
