Didn't feel very good but pushed the pace to get to church on time. Strange splits since I used the lap button to keep track of some interval work.
Easy 1 mile warm up, then pushed pace for second mile up hill (8:23, 162bpm avg)
Recovery for .26 miles (8:49 pace, 166bpm avg), then a hard mile interval (7:15, 166bpm)
Recovery for .47 miles (9:00 pace, 166bpm avg), then .33 interval (7:47, 164bpm), then 1.5 miles at 8:38 pace to the end.
Very high average heart rate.
