Two hard days in a row. Easy two mile warmup then 3 miles at pace and the last mile of half hearted cooldown. Good feedback correlating my heart rate and pace. Trying to decide on what my HR target will be for marathon pace. This was probably a bit too fast for MP. Splits:
9:38, 138bpm
9:25, 148bpm
8:26, 158bpm
8:14, 162bpm
7:51, 166bpm
8:45, 162bpm
Next two runs (rest of the week) should be easy runs under 145 bpm. We'll see if I have the self control.
