First run cold enough to wear tights. Easy pace without much focus on heart rate during the run. Went a few beats over my 142 target for easy runs.
Going easy before long run tomorrow. Splits:

9:59, 145 bpm (some uphill)
9:00, 145 bpm (slight downhill)
9:32, 144 bpm (pace for .8 miles)
